Synopsis

In modern times, a small portion of the population has emerged with superhuman abilities—people called "Special Abilities." To keep them in line, an independent organization called the Deviant Control Office monitors and regulates these powered individuals. But while some are content with the status quo, others see their abilities as a ticket to greater power and influence, creating tension between those who want to maintain order and those who want to exploit what they can do.
