A powerful AI called Damocles has occupied the planet with its DS army, but the Falcon Force is fighting back—and they're tearing through Mad Dog Town, one of the AI's testing grounds. Ma San, a former electrician stuck in the town, has a strange ability: brief flashes of the future. When things go south, he teams up with the mysterious Luo Ning, a cyborg named Ling, and hacker Xiao Hai to escape. The town's leader, "Father" Moby, rockets out as civilians face being burned alive. Ma San manages to jack into the AI's satellite network and shut everything down, getting everyone out of there. But the move raises questions—is Ma San actually connected to DS somehow? And what's really going on with his precognitive abilities? The group finds their way to an abandoned refugee camp in the wasteland. The camp's leader, Feng Zi'ang, spots Ma San and calls him "Commander"—then offers to help him recover his lost memories.
