Synopsis

Japan in 2030 has been devastated by a virus called Gibia that transforms infected people into monsters. The specific type of monster depends on the victim's age, sex, and race. Two warriors—a samurai and a ninja—somehow travel through time from the early Edo period and end up in this apocalyptic future. They team up with a professor who's racing to develop a cure for the virus. From there, it's a brutal journey across the ruins of Japan. The trio battles infected Gibia monsters constantly, fends off desperate outlaws, and faces down other dangerous enemies as they work to save what's left of humanity.
