Shiki has spent his entire life surrounded by machines in Granbell Kingdom, an abandoned amusement park where he's the only human—until the vlogger Rebecca Bluegarden and her cat Happy show up looking to film content for their B-Cube channel. They become the park's first visitors in a century, and despite his awkwardness, Shiki quickly bonds with them. When Granbell becomes too dangerous to stay, the trio takes off across the Sakura Cosmos. Rebecca and Happy want to chase viral videos, but Shiki's really after something bigger: he wants to make friends and find the legendary goddess Mother, inspired by his late grandfather's parting words. It's an ambitious goal—nobody's even seen Mother before—but Shiki's convinced the three of them can find her while exploring the galaxy together.
