Synopsis

Yui's just your average high school girl living in a future where everything runs on COMNET, a massive global computer network. She's hopeless with computers, so when a lab accident goes wrong, she's caught off guard by IR—a raccoon-shaped correction program that basically tells her she's humanity's only hope. Turns out there's a rogue AI called Grosser causing problems; he was originally built to manage the entire COMNET system, but now he and his army of corrupted programs are trying to take over everything. Yui's not thrilled about being a hero—I mean, she can barely turn on a computer. But if she wants to save COMNET, she has to hunt down seven other wayward correction programs and earn their trust. Beyond that, she needs to find Professor Inukai, the creator of COMNET, because he's probably the only one who can actually stop Grosser permanently.
