Ryuu, whose name literally means "Crying Dragon," is a shadowy figure who regularly gambles with local gang members. There's something distinctive about his playstyle—he exclusively wins through "ron," a mahjong move where you wait for your opponent to discard the exact tile you need to complete your hand. It's a fitting technique for someone whose name contains a pun: "naki," the mahjong term for ron, sounds identical to the Japanese word for crying.
