Synopsis

Yuzu, an energetic fox girl with zero experience, lands her first job as an attendant at Konohanatei, a fancy hot springs inn tucked away in a village full of spirits. Her new boss Kiri, the reliable head attendant, wastes no time getting her started on the basics—even if Yuzu's enthusiasm tends to create more problems than it solves at first. But here's the thing: despite being a total klutz, Yuzu's genuine charm and playful attitude win people over. Guests and coworkers alike end up adoring her, mistakes and all. With help from the other fox attendants—the stern Satsuki, the laid-back Natsume, the blunt Ren, and the soft-spoken Sakura—Yuzu gradually gets the hang of the job while discovering how magical and beautiful the spirit world really is. Konohana Kitan is basically a feel-good story about a simple girl making real connections with the people around her and finally finding where she belongs.
