Synopsis

Hajime Nagumo, your average 17-year-old otaku, gets pulled into a fantasy world alongside his entire class. They're all supposed to help save humanity, which sounds great until the ability distribution happens—everyone gets cool combat powers except Hajime, who ends up with a weak transmutation skill that's basically useless in a fight. Things go downhill fast. During a dungeon expedition in the Great Orcus Labyrinth, one of his classmates betrays him, and he plummets into an abyss. He survives the fall, but what comes next is pure hell—relentless monsters and constant danger that pushes him to the brink. Determined to survive and get home, Hajime starts fighting back with everything he's got. That's when he meets Yue, a vampire locked away in the depths, who's also desperate to escape. She takes a liking to him, and together with a few others they pick up along the way, they set out to find a path home. As their journey progresses, Hajime transforms from a powerless outcast into someone unnervingly strong—eventually becoming the most powerful person in the entire world.
