In a town overshadowed by a whale floating in the sky, the impossible becomes everyday. Things that shouldn't exist are somehow alive and real. And somewhere in all this weirdness, something miraculous happens—though Kuonji is the only one who seems to think it's actually strange. While everyone else treats the bizarre as normal, Kuonji hangs out with a cast of decidedly unusual characters. There's Nina with her distinctive style, Sacchan who's obsessed with cats, the self-proclaimed alien Allen, and plenty of other girls who seem to attract trouble wherever they go. Naturally, Kuonji ends up in the middle of most of it—awkward situations included. Based on a visual novel by Circus.
