Synopsis

Tooru Kirishima has a reputation that precedes him throughout the underworld—they call him "The Demon of Sakuragi," and for good reason. He's not the type to hesitate when violence is on the table. After nearly screwing up a major peace deal, his boss decides to teach him a lesson by assigning him the hardest task of his career: babysitting his seven-year-old daughter, Yaeka. The message is clear—he needs to learn what it actually means to be responsible for someone else. Things are awkward at first. Tooru has no idea how to talk to a kid, and Yaeka isn't exactly great at opening up about how she's feeling. But gradually, they start to get each other. As they spend time together, a ruthless yakuza enforcer and the little girl he's supposed to protect begin to realize that family doesn't have to be about blood.
