Synopsis

Serebii, a legendary time-traveling Pokémon, gets hunted down by a poacher. When it crosses paths with Yukinari, a young trainer who loves sketching Pokémon, he tries to help it escape—but both mysteriously disappear in the chaos. Four decades later, Satoshi is out searching for rare Pokémon near his home. A boat driver named White ferries him to the village, where he's joined by his crew: Takeshi, an ex-gym leader aiming to become a master breeder; Kasumi, an aspiring Water-type specialist; and Pikachu, his trusty partner Pokémon. Then Yukinari and Serebii suddenly show up in the present day and bump into Satoshi's group. Problem is, they've caught the attention of Lord Vicious—Team Rocket's most powerful executive—who'll stop at nothing to capture Serebii. He's got a Dark Ball, a nasty variant that corrupts Pokémon and cranks up their power to dangerous levels. With Serebii transformed into an out-of-control weapon, Satoshi and his friends have to team up with Yukinari to take down Vicious and save the day.
