Wagahai wa Neko de Aru
This series follows "I," an unnamed cat living with Mr. Kushami, an English teacher. The cat spends his time observing humans and finding them absolutely ridiculous—documenting their various stupidities with a mix of fascination and disdain. He becomes particularly interested in one of Kushami's students, Mizushima, who's fallen for Haruko, the daughter of a wealthy businessman named Kaneda.
