Synopsis

Kyousuke Hyoubu is a fugitive ESPer with massive power—and a troubled past. He was betrayed years ago, but despite his intimidating appearance, he's genuinely kind-hearted. His goal is to rescue ESPers being abused by humans, using whatever force necessary to get the job done. He's saved countless ESPers this way and earned their unwavering loyalty. His organization goes by the name P.A.N.D.R.A.
