Tetsuwan Atom: Chikyuu Saigo no Hi
While helping Professor Ochinomizu with space exploration, Astro Boy stumbles upon a trash star drifting through the void. It's basically a graveyard of broken-down robots stacked on top of each other, all discarded and left to rust. Astro manages to rescue one of them—a robot soldier named Bemu who's barely holding on—and brings him back to Earth. The two bond pretty quickly. Both are tired of fighting, and they find comfort in each other. Their friendship deepens as they spend time together, and for a moment things seem good. Then disaster strikes: the trash star starts heading straight for Earth. If it collides, the explosion would be catastrophic. The whole planet's in panic mode. There's only one way to stop it—but it comes down to an impossible choice for Astro. Can he save Earth and keep his friendship with Bemu intact, or does he have to sacrifice one for the other?
