Synopsis

Tiara is a skilled sorceress sent from the Guardian World—a realm of all-powerful beings who keep magical energy in balance—along with her familiar Japolo. Their job is straightforward: find the Throne of Yord, a magical artifact that's basically the power source for their entire world, and bring it back before it ends up in the wrong hands. Things get complicated fast. While hunting for the artifact, Tiara runs into Lena, an old friend who's also after the Throne of Yord. Then there's Kagetsu, someone Tiara had feelings for in the past, who shows up and makes everything messier. He's a negater—someone who can literally cancel out magic—and he's connected to the Throne in ways that matter. Now Tiara's stuck between doing her job and staying loyal to the people she cares about, dragged into a journey that keeps throwing new problems at her.
