Synopsis

After the Vanguard High School Koshien ends, Kouji Ibuki starts having disturbing nightmares. Nome Tatsunagi calls him and Suiko to the mansion with bad news—Kouji can apparently see a Dark Tower called Sanctuary that's warping the timeline. The only way to fix things is for Kouji to correct a mistake he hasn't made yet. So Kouji and Suiko end up traveling to a parallel world called -if- where Magical Girls Emi Sendou and Shuka try to help by summoning Vanguard units to restore history. Problem is, card battles don't do much against actual monsters, so the girls are basically out of luck.
