Synopsis

Koshien Stadium is the ultimate destination for high school baseball—the place where players' dreams come true. After winning the fall tournament, Seidou High School has finally earned their first trip to nationals in seven years. But that's just the spring tournament. The real prize is Summer Koshien, where the nation's best teams compete for the championship. With their third-year players graduating after summer, Seidou needs to balance the veterans' experience with the raw talent of their younger guys to beat both familiar rivals and new threats. It's their shot at winning it all before the seniors move on. At the heart of it all is pitcher Eijun Sawamura, dead set on claiming the ace position and the No. 1 jersey. His rival, Satoru Furuya, isn't about to hand it over easily. As the team fights toward their biggest challenge yet, these two push each other harder, both determined to be the one who leads Seidou to glory and earns the title of true ace.
