Synopsis

Taichi Nishimura and his childhood friend Rin Azuma are just regular high schoolers heading to class when a strange light suddenly engulfs them and whisks them away to a fantasy world. They barely survive their first encounter with a monster before adventurers step in to save them. The rescuers explain that without weapons or experience, they're sitting ducks—monster attacks have been getting worse lately. At the Guild, Taichi and Rin take a test to gauge their magical ability and officially become adventurers. The results are shocking: they possess ridiculously overpowered magic far beyond anything a normal mage could do. Just like that, they've gone from ordinary students to unstoppable cheat magicians. As the two learn to control their newfound abilities and adjust to this strange new world, they're determined to figure out why they were transported here in the first place and find a way home. But trouble's already brewing beneath the surface, waiting to complicate everything.
