Poppin'Party's popularity is skyrocketing, and when they spot a poster advertising performances at the legendary Nippon Budoukan, they're all in. Kasumi and the rest of the band become obsessed with competing in the "BanG Dream" event, seeing it as their chance to prove themselves on one of Japan's most prestigious stages. Around the same time, RAISE A SUILEN is dealing with a major problem. The band wants to shake things up with what they call "the strongest music," but they're stuck without a guitarist. CHU², their leader, has auditioned dozens of candidates, only to reject them all as amateurs. Still, there might be one guitarist out there who can actually meet her impossibly high standards.
