Slantania has always been plagued by miasma—a toxic force that spawns monsters and wreaks havoc across the kingdom. The Order of Knights used to keep things under control, but they're overwhelmed now. So the Grand Magus does what any desperate ruler would do: summon a legendary Saint to wipe out the monsters and restore some peace. That's the plan, anyway. One night, Sei Takanashi gets yanked out of her ordinary life back on Earth and dumped into Slantania. Except there's a problem—the summoning went wrong. Two Saints showed up instead of one. The prince takes one look at the other girl, decides she's the real deal, and basically leaves Sei to fend for herself. But Sei's not too bothered. She's always been into herbalism, so she heads straight for the Medicinal Flora Research Institute to do what she loves. While she's settling into her new gig studying plants and potions, she crosses paths with the commander of the Third Order of Knights. Turns out, that's just the beginning—her Saint powers have their own plans for her future.
