Pokemon Movie 05: Mizu no Miyako no Mamorigami Latias to Latios
Pokémon Heroes: Latias and Latios Ash and his friends are exploring the island city of Altomare when they decide to enter the annual Pokémon Water Race. Things get weird pretty fast—Ash loses the race unexpectedly, witnesses some women attacking a girl with their Pokémon, and then that same girl completely denies knowing him or Pikachu afterward. It turns out the girl Ash saved isn't human at all. She's Latias, a Pokémon with the ability to shapeshift and take the form of her human friend Kanon. Latias and her brother Latios are legendary guardians of Altomare, and they protect something called the Soul Dew, a mystical blue sphere tied to the city's ancient history. The locals all know the stories about these Eon Pokémon, but so do the pair of thieves after them—sisters named Zanner and Lyon are hell-bent on stealing both Latias and Latios along with the Soul Dew. Ash gets pulled into the action and has to step up to stop the sisters from destroying Altomare in the process of their heist.
