Synopsis

Women's competitive cycling had pretty much disappeared, but the new Rinkai League brought it roaring back. The early races got a ton of attention and inspired women all over Japan to chase their dreams of going pro. Izumi Itou's friends keep pushing her to race, but she's hesitant about betting her future on it. Everything shifts when she finds out her grandmother was actually a champion cyclist back in the day. Her grandmother agrees to train her and help unlock the talent Izumi didn't even know she had. Even though Izumi's new to racing, the arrival of a cutthroat Swiss competitor—someone determined to take over the league—lights a fire under her. She throws everything into it and ends up winning.
