Synopsis

Three years after the devastating One Year War, peace crumbles when the Delaz Fleet—a rogue Zeon faction clinging to their dead leader Gihren Zabi's ideology—emerges from hiding. Their ace pilot Anavel Gato, infamous as "The Nightmare of Solomon," raids the Federation's Australian base at Torrington and makes off with the nuclear-equipped Gundam GP02A "Physalis." To stop him and prevent another war, the Federation pins their hopes on Kou Uraki, a green rookie pilot who climbs into the Gundam GP01 "Zephyranthes." With support from the carrier Albion's crew and engineer Nina Purpleton from Anaheim Electronics, Kou has to track down Gato and recover the stolen mobile suit before it's too late.
