Synopsis

When the occult group Shiromorishuua unleashes a massive monster on Tokyo, the peacekeeping organization ASY fights back with a Gousen—basically a metal faery—that destroys the creature by driving it out to sea. But then a glowing girl appears floating in the sky and blasts everything with a beam of light. This girl is Rouran, and she has no clue who she is or where she came from. Whenever she senses a Gousen or Kyoushi (reanimated corpses), she transforms into some kind of avenging angel, and she has no idea why it happens. While Rouran struggles to figure out what's going on with herself, a guy named Tetsuya takes her under his wing in Tokyo Arcadia, a settlement full of expatriates and people on the run.
