Synopsis

Shunta Mogami is obsessed with the Battle Spirits card game. When a mysterious light from one of the cards pulls him into Spirits World—the actual realm where all Battle Spirits originate—he meets a girl named Eto who claims she's the one who summoned him. She's got bad news: the Evil God-King, a destructive force that was defeated and sealed away long ago, has somehow come back. To stop it from destroying Spirits World, Shunta needs to track down the twelve God-Kings whose combined power created the original seal. He's not alone in this quest—Yoku Albatrosa, another person from the real world who wields green-deck cards, joins him on the journey.
