Synopsis

A terrorist attack on a nuclear facility in Japan leaves behind only one clue: the word "VON" painted in red. The government is caught completely off guard, and police have no leads. Then, six months later, a video surfaces online. Two teenage boys calling themselves Sphinx directly challenge the authorities, threatening to unleash destruction across Tokyo. As panic spreads through the city and the police scramble to respond, Detective Kenjirou Shibazaki finds himself at the center of the investigation. The story follows Nine and Twelve—the real identities behind Sphinx. They shouldn't exist according to official records, yet they're very real. As they orchestrate chaos throughout Tokyo, they're actually searching for something: a way to unbury their own buried truth. Everything they do, every threat they make, is part of a larger plan rooted in their tragic past.
