Synopsis

Nanae Island is an artificial island built in the Pacific Ocean specifically to provide kids with everything they need to learn and grow while pursuing their dreams. It was created by the Great Seven, a group of adventurers led by Nanana Ryuugajou. Juugo Yama, a high school student who's just been disowned and kicked out by his family, arrives on the island thrilled to finally escape his father's control. When he moves into his dorm room, he's startled to find the ghost of Nanana herself—she's been trapped there for ten years, ever since her murder went unsolved. Nanana reveals that before she died, she scattered a collection of items with strange supernatural powers all over the island. She calls them the Nanana Collection. Determined to solve her murder and get some answers, Juugo teams up with Tensai Ikkyuu, who fancies herself a master detective, and her cross-dressing maid Daruku Hoshino. Together, the three of them begin hunting down the Collection's hidden items, hoping each one brings them closer to finding Nanana's killer.
