Synopsis

This is the fourth original anime for Tezuka Osamu Animation Theatre, built around Tezuka's "Saving our Fragile Earth" message and created to celebrate the studio's first anniversary. Unico, a young unicorn, falls from heaven and meets Tsubasa, a talking tree boy, during his descent. The Earth has been completely devastated—humans have stripped it of resources and destroyed the environment to the point where nothing can survive there anymore. Desperate to fix things, Unico and Tsubasa set out searching for a solution. After a grueling journey, they encounter the Sphinx and a time fairy, who offer them a chance to go back in time and prevent humanity from making those fatal mistakes. There's just one catch: they only have five minutes in the past. Can they really change Earth's future in that amount of time? Their adventure to save the planet is just beginning.
