Synopsis

Randou Rino is a spacey girl whose only real companion is a talking puppet she wears on her hand. When she somehow gets into the prestigious Gokujou all-girls academy, she's almost immediately recruited into the school's elite student council—an organization that wields more influence and runs more business operations than most actual companies. As she settles into her new role, she builds friendships with the talented council members, leaving everyone wondering how a girl with seemingly no special skills whatsoever managed to land such a coveted position in the first place.
