Synopsis

In a distant future, an omniscient entity called "The World" has maintained global peace for so long that warfare has become legend. Nobody knows where it actually is, but its influence is undeniable. The airship Norn has been tasked with ferrying nine gifted individuals to meet it. Once the final passenger is aboard, the ship launches. The crew consists of eleven people total—eight men and three women. Among them is Koharu, who's finally found connection with others despite fearing her own destructive abilities. There's Mikoto Kuga from a wealthy background, whose barrier powers protect the ship and everyone in it. And Nanami Shiranui carries an ability that only causes suffering; she's desperate to atone for something in her past, even if it costs her life. Things get weird fast. The passengers start noticing the math doesn't add up—there are too many people on this ship. As they try to figure out who the stowaway is, Norn comes under attack from someone determined to prevent them from reaching their destination. The assault throws everything into chaos, and suddenly bigger questions surface: Why were these nine given their powers in the first place? And what's actually waiting for them at The World?
