Synopsis

True love doesn't end even when it's between a human and a near-immortal fox spirit. Fortunately, fox spirits have figured out a workaround: humans can be reincarnated and, with help from a Fox Spirit Matchmaker, recover their past-life memories so they can reunite with their youkai lover. That's where Bai Yuechu comes in—a skilled Taoist who's trying to escape the control of the Yi Qi Dao League—and Tushan Susu, an eager but disaster-prone fox spirit determined to become a successful matchmaker despite her track record. When Susu literally crashes through his roof, Yuechu gets roped into helping her reunite two separated lovers: the prince Fan Yun Fei and his reincarnated past lover, Li Xueyang. The problem? Not everyone's on board with the reunion, including Xueyang herself. Forced together by circumstance, Yuechu and Susu will uncover their true identities—and who they were in their past lives.
