Synopsis

After being rescued from a bus hijacking by the superhero Strange Juice, Yuuta Iridatsu ends up with his soul separated from his body—and stuck with Chiranosuke, a perverted cat spirit who becomes his unwilling guide. As a ghost haunting the Korai House where he lives, Yuuta tries to figure out how to get his body back while getting to know his fellow residents: Meika, a brilliant inventor; Mikatan, a cheerful idol; Ito, a shut-in gamer; and Rabura, a spiritual medium. Things get complicated when Chiranosuke reveals a bizarre curse: he grows exponentially stronger every time he sees panties. Problem is, if he sees another pair while Yuuta's still a ghost, the resulting power surge will cause an asteroid to destroy Earth. So now Yuuta has to solve the mysteries of Korai House and stop a villainous organization from ending the world—all while trying not to accidentally trigger an apocalypse through panty exposure. No pressure.
