It's year 323 P.D., and Gjallarhorn's military intervention in Arbrau's government has turned violent. Mobile suits are deployed, but the conflict gets shut down by Tekkadan—a crew of young guys from Mars who somehow pulled it off. Word of their victory spreads far enough to reach Wistario Afam, a kid living in the Radonitsa Colony near Venus. Venus got left behind in the race for development compared to Mars, so it's become basically a forgotten dumping ground where the major economic powers dump their criminals. The people there don't even have proper IDs. Wistario wants to fix things for his home planet, and that's when he meets a mysterious girl who says she can guide him through something called the Urdr-Hunt.
