Synopsis

Oota doesn't care much about his terrible test scores—he'd rather find something fun to do. That's when he notices Kashiwada, a quiet girl in his class who never seems to show any emotion. Oota becomes obsessed with cracking her emotionless facade, so he starts pranking her and trying to scare her into reacting. Spoiler: it never works, and his plans usually blow up in his face instead. The thing is, Oota wears his emotions on his sleeve. He's the class clown, always getting in trouble with his teacher because his face basically broadcasts whatever he's feeling. He can't help it. Kashiwada's the opposite—completely unreadable, and nobody has a clue what's going on in her head. They couldn't be more different, but somehow a real connection starts forming between them. As they both start developing feelings for each other, it begs the question: do opposites actually attract, or is it more complicated than that?
