Synopsis

Chu Feng is a talented cultivator from Qingzhou who attends the Hundred Sects Conference alongside his sect leader Li Changqing. There he clashes with the arrogant Yan Yangtian of the Lingyun Sect—unaware that the entire conference is actually Yan Yangtian's conspiracy. As Chu Feng grows stronger and masters golden and blue divine thunder, his power accidentally awakens the Ice and Fire Pearls, ancient artifacts that possess his friends Su Rou and Su Mei, putting them on the brink of death. Desperate to save them, Chu Feng ventures into Ten Thousand Demons Mountain on a quest to find the Purple-Robed World Spiritist and the Demon Monkey King. Along the way he meets Jiang Wushang, a member of the imperial dynasty, and reunites with Zi Ling, a girl with a divine body and mysterious origins. He also reconnects with his respected senior Zhang Tianyi, who founded the Winged Alliance. With help from his companions—Zi Ling, Jiang Wushang, Zhang Tianyi, and others—Chu Feng manages to obtain the Shura Ghost Axe, rescue the Demon Monkey King, and save Su Rou and Su Mei from possession. He exposes Yan Yangtian's plot and stops the crisis threatening all of Kyushu. Afterward, seeking answers about his own mysterious past, Chu Feng sets sail toward the Eastern Sea.
