Synopsis

Kyoutarou Ichikawa seems like just another quiet, unremarkable middle school student—but he's harboring a dark secret. He's obsessed with killing his classmate Anna Yamada, fantasizing about watching her suffer before he ends her life. It's the only thing that keeps him going. until he actually gets to know her. The two keep running into each other in the library, and that's when Ichikawa's carefully constructed image of Yamada falls apart. Turns out she's kind of an airhead who's completely oblivious to the world around her. The more time they spend together, the harder it becomes for him to maintain his murderous feelings. Instead, he finds himself developing genuine affection for her and wanting to protect her—which is pretty much the opposite of what he thought he wanted. So now Ichikawa's stuck. Can a guy actually change when someone makes him see the world differently? Or will this unexpected connection between them turn into something even deeper?
