Synopsis

Pastel eats some cookies that Madoka baked, which accidentally shrinks her. Since she's now tiny, she can't compete in the upcoming Miss Donburi Contest. To get back to normal size, she needs to find a power-up bell hidden in the clouds. But there's a problem—a mysterious floating island has been pulling all the clouds above Donburi Island toward itself. When Pastel and her friends try to track down the power bell, they run into enemies blocking their way. The real question is whether they'll manage to fix this mess and get Pastel back to normal before the contest starts.
