Thousands of years ago, people from the planet Campbell abandoned their dying world to search for new homes. One faction, led by the scientist Oreana, crash-landed on Earth but got stuck there. Fast forward to the early 21st century—Oreana's group wakes up and decides it's time to conquer the planet. Earth's only real defense against their giant biomechanical war beasts is Combattler V, a super-electromagnetic robot piloted by a team of fighters.
