Synopsis

Rinka Urushiba spends her days working as a waitress to support her unemployed father, living what seems like a pretty normal life in Tokyo—until she spots a flying penguin and chases it to a rooftop. There she finds flying goldfish, a classmate named Kyoutarou Azuma who can see them too, and a collision with a goldfish that knocks her out. When she comes to, she's an esper with the ability to phase through solid objects. The catch? Her hair turns white whenever she uses her powers. Reluctant but determined to do some good, Rinka becomes Tokyo's masked hero known as the "White Girl." Kyoutarou, who developed teleportation abilities after his own encounter, joins her in taking down other espers who are using their powers for less heroic reasons. Together they work to protect the city from threats most people can't even see.
