Synopsis

Haruka Nishikikoji is an overweight doctor who's never had much luck with women. Things start looking up when he lands a job as the school doctor at an elementary school—though his clinic is basically a medieval castle perched on the school's roof, which is pretty weird. Just as he's settling in, his first love Koizumi Miyuki shows up to work as his nurse, completely throwing him for a loop.
