Naoki Kuzumi is a high school junior living with his aunt, uncle, and cousin Matsuri after his parents died in an accident five years ago. He's always thought his life was pretty normal, except he can't remember anything from his early childhood. That changes one day when a redheaded girl named Mikoto literally falls out of the sky and lands on him while he's napping on a bench. She's convinced he's her younger brother. Turns out Naoki's time period is actually a temporal refuge for people from the future, where an incurable disease is ravaging the population. When Mikoto learned that her younger brother Yuusuke had been sent back to Naoki's era, she decided to follow him through time herself.
