In Megalopolis, six dinosaurs thaw out in a museum basement after Edgar Chudley—a young paleontologist and tech whiz—accidentally blacks out the entire city. A year passes. Edgar finds that four of the dinosaurs have been living down there the whole time, and they've somehow picked up kung fu. They team up with him, which is good timing, because the other two dinosaurs are problems. Skor and Skrap, a pair of evil raptor brothers, are hunting for crystals filled with mutant DNA. Skor wants to use them to breed monster dinosaurs and take over the world. Edgar and his four dino allies have to stop them.
