Synopsis

Traffic cops Nikaido Yoriko and Aoi Futaba stumble onto something way bigger than their usual speeding tickets when they discover illegal guns stashed in a stolen vehicle. At the same time, Tokyo's traffic systems start mysteriously malfunctioning, creating massive gridlock across the city. The case lands on the desks of Kobayakawa Miyuki and Tsujimoto Natsumi, who'll need to dig deep to uncover what's really happening. With Miyuki's trusty Mini-Pat and Natsumi's determination as their only real advantages, they're racing against the clock to stop someone from using the city's infrastructure vulnerabilities to wreak havoc on Tokyo—and potentially the entire world.
