Synopsis

Risa Koizumi and Atsushi Ootani are both struggling with romance in high school, but for opposite reasons—she's unusually tall at 172 cm, while he's unusually short at 156 cm. To make matters worse, they both develop crushes on the same two people, who end up falling for each other instead. The whole situation is pretty embarrassing, but it gets worse when their homeroom teacher starts treating them like a comedy duo because of their personalities and the ridiculous height difference. Their classmates eat it up too, treating their bickering like comedy sketches. Despite the rough start, Risa and Atsushi gradually become genuine friends as they support each other through their romantic struggles. They discover they're surprisingly compatible when it comes to music and fashion—turns out they have way more in common than their appearances suggest. The question is whether their unexpected chemistry might eventually turn into something more romantic, or if they're just destined to be the school's favorite joke couple.
