Synopsis

Tatsuya Yoigoshi used to be a nationally ranked soccer player, but he's since developed a hatred for sports altogether. Now a first-year at Noukin High School, he's ditched his old dreams and is focused on becoming an internet livestreamer instead. That is, until Souma Azemichi, a first-year on the school's kabaddi team, barges into his stream and basically drags him to the gym. At first, Yoigoshi thinks kabaddi sounds ridiculous—the rules are weird, the sport is rough. But watching second-years Kyouhei Misumi and Shinji Date go at it changes his perspective fast. The intensity is impossible to ignore. Between some smooth talking and a little arm-twisting, Souma convinces Yoigoshi to settle the whole recruitment question the only way that makes sense: by actually playing kabaddi. One match to decide everything.
