Synopsis

Giuseppe is a guy who gets totally absorbed in whatever he's interested in—so much so that the locals have nicknamed him "Toristukare Otoko." When he spots Pechka, a balloon seller with this underlying sadness about her, he falls for her hard. Determined to help, Giuseppe enlists his mouse buddy Cielo to put his various skills to work, secretly tackling whatever's troubling her.
