Synopsis

Ageha is the useless only son of Count Kikunoi in the Kiryuu Empire—a backwater province kid with no allies, no useful skills, and an extra few pounds he can't shake. By age five, his life is basically over. Then his brother Regulus shows up out of nowhere, officially recognized as a legitimate heir, and Ageha's pretty sure the guy's going to murder him for the succession. His only real assets? Cooking and sewing abilities that mysteriously appeared alongside memories from a past Japanese life. But when Ageha ends up raising Regulus anyway, something weird happens. His brother is absolutely adorable, and before long Ageha's completely smitten—full doting older brother mode activated. He's making handmade toys and perfecting steamed egg custard, using his housekeeper skills and past-life knowledge to actually improve conditions for the people in his territory. What starts as two brothers just trying to manage their lands somehow catches the attention of the gods themselves. One small step forward, and suddenly they're reshaping their entire country.
