After defeating the Zonder Empire and its 31 Primevals, GGG faces a new enemy: the terrorist organization BioNet. They join forces with Chasseur, a French military unit, to take them down. Fighting alongside them is Renais Cardiff Shishioh, a cyborg who was once enslaved by BioNet and is desperate to destroy her former masters. But things get worse. While GGG and Chasseur are busy with BioNet, someone attacks all of GGG's bases worldwide and steals their Q-Parts and original Gao Machines. The culprit turns out to be Mamoru Amami—except he's been cloned by an even bigger threat: a group of cosmic entities called the Eleven Kings of Sol. With the UN kicking them off Earth, GGG has no choice but to chase across the galaxy to stop the Eleven Kings and rescue the real Mamoru.
