Synopsis

Nina Yamada has always dreamed of finding someone to protect her the way princes do in fairy tales. She gets her wish sooner than expected—though not quite how she imagined. After swallowing what she thought was hard candy, hundreds of people suddenly start falling from the sky. Turns out that "candy" was the Crystal Pearl, a magical artifact that wizards from another world compete for in a high-stakes exam. Whoever wins it passes the test and becomes a certified professional wizard. Two exam takers named Zero and Ichii quickly figure out Nina swallowed the pearl and agree to keep her safe while the competition runs its course. It sounds simple enough, except they're not the only ones hunting for it—and there's the small problem of Nina showing up to school with two gorgeous guys constantly by her side, which turns out to be way more mortifying than any magical threat.
