Synopsis

The Yamada sisters, Kyou and Asu, are on their own. Their mother's gone and their father's buried in debt, so it falls to them to survive. At least they have a place to live—a cramped room in an old apartment that barely fits them both. Kyou, the older sister, juggles multiple part-time jobs just to keep them afloat and in school. But they're not without help. Somehow, they've managed to surround themselves with genuinely good people, which makes their situation a lot less bleak than it could be. Most importantly, the bond between the sisters is rock solid. No matter what problems come up—hardship, conflict, whatever—it's something they can always count on.
